Hi, I’m Miranda Ballard, a real estate agent with the Sibcy Cline Vandalia Office serving all of Ohio! I’m a graduate of Tippecanoe High School and was born and raised right here in Ohio.

As a military spouse, I’ve had the opportunity to live in several places, including Okinawa, Japan and South Dakota, before making our way back home to Ohio. Those experiences gave me a firsthand understanding of how exciting—and sometimes overwhelming—relocating can be. I completed my real estate licensing education through Davis College four years ago, just before moving overseas.

In my free time you’ll usually find me staying active or outdoors—riding my dirt bike, working out (I’m also a certified online fitness coach), snowboarding, sharpening my archery skills, attending rodeos and concerts, traveling, enjoying lake days, and trying my hand at hunting with plenty of enthusiasm. If it’s a little adventurous and comes with a good story, I’m probably in.
